As Campus Security Manager, located in Madrid and reporting to the Regional Security Manager, your mission will be to ensure the safety and protection of multiple critical infrastructure sites by leading onsite security teams, maintaining high operational standards, and fostering a strong safety culture. You will oversee staffing, training, performance, and compliance, while partnering with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver effective security operations and drive continuous improvement across all assigned locations.Key ResponsibilitiesOperationsManages physical security operations at multiple critical infrastructure facilities.Drives safety programming for the security team with a goal of zero workplace injuries onsite.Plans, assigns, and manages physical security projects and tasks to timely completion.Follows standardized procedures to successfully complete unannounced audits.Team LeadershipActively manages site security personnel; partners with the local branch to recruit and hire, oversee onboarding, training, and development at the sites.Ensures each staff member is treated with dignity and respect.Coaches security employees and carries out disciplinary actions in accordance with current policy.Splits time equally between sites, building familiarity with each location, leading the team, building the program, and coaching for success.Service Monitoring & ImprovementEvaluates the effectiveness of site security operations and provides recommendations for improvement.Ensures site health and key performance indicator goals are met or exceeded; works with the regional security manager (RSM) to enhance security team effectiveness and performance.Keeps management informed of major accomplishments, issues, and concerns.Client & StakeholderRelationsUtilizes excellent customer service and communication skills, sets the example and holds site security staff accountable to do the same.Meets regularly with the client and Securitas corporate management representatives for account reviews, addresses issues in a timely manner, and supports security planning, assessments, and surveys.Builds and maintains relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maintain a safe and secure environment.Additional FunctionsAdditional duties may be assigned, and functions may be modified, according to business necessity.RequirementsEducationHigh school diploma, secondary education equivalent, or GED.Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Business Management, or related fields (preferred)Associate degree in Security Management, Business Management, or related fields (preferred)Security industry certifications such as CPP or PSP (preferred)KnowledgeProficiency in English and Spanish.Microsoft Office.Security operations and procedures for 24‐hour facilities.Supervisory practices and procedures.Experience4 years of experience in the security industry.4 years of management experience.Experience working in a datacenter environment (a plus).Working knowledge and experience with various security technologies including CCTV, access control systems, incident management software, and other surveillance technologies (preferred)2 years of client management experience (preferred)OtherAbility to travel approximately 10%.Driving license.Time availability.On‐site role in Madrid.We OfferPermanent contract and long‐term stability.Competitive compensation aligned with the responsibilities of the role.A professional environment where safety, people, and continuous improvement come first.Do you see yourself in this challenge? xohynlm Join Securitas and help us make the world a safer place!
