The role of the Retail Planning & Performance Senior Analyst is to support the Manager in delivering reliable business insights by providing the Leadership team with recurring and ad-hoc data analysis and reports.This candidate should be familiar with the Retail sales organization, initiatives, and data, to report performance effectively and develop analytical models to facilitate decision-making.The P&P Senior Analyst will collaborate with various stakeholders within and outside the team to ensure smooth delivery.Main Responsibilities
Act as a sparring partner for the Retail P&P Manager and Senior Management.Establish and maintain accurate reporting processes to track retail performance across management levels.Lead projects impacting the retail sales teams, supporting or owning the full project cycle from conception to implementation and tracking.Create compelling presentations to communicate progress, facilitate discussions, and support decision-making, offering recommendations as appropriate.Collaborate with regional retail sales teams to analyze performance, understand initiatives, and develop action plans.Conduct detailed data analysis, often involving large data sets and regional feedback.Develop analytical models to support strategic and tactical decisions related to incentives, sizing, and organization.Build trust and relationships with internal stakeholders, developing a network of contacts across the business.Leverage tools like Tableau and Salesforce to automate and standardize data processes.Key Interactions

Excellent analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret and present complex data clearly.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Methodical, organized, results-oriented, proactive, and hands-on.Ability to work on multiple initiatives simultaneously and build strong relationships.Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.Fluent in English (spoken and written).SQL skills are highly valued but not required.Experience with Tableau or data analysis software is valued but not required.Experience in the accommodation intermediation business is valued but not required.
