About the team

We are S.ET Iberia, the IT, Data and Operations Hub of BNPP Personal Finance, part of BNP Paribas, one of the largest banking groups worldwide. From delivery centers in Spain and Portugal, we provide the best services and solutions to BNPP PF entities around the world to enable sustainable and responsible financial solutions for major retailers, consumer goods companies, mobility brands and dealerships.

About the role

In a context of increasing the operational excellence of our growing service portfolio we are looking for a Developer – Data Analyst. The SAM goal is to feed VAMS with the information of the vehicles we receive from the different providers. Resolving incidents, making requests, optimising our processes, and creating new developments.

Will be responsible for the python migration of the most important flows of the different countries. The automation and migration will be carried out with the objective of verifying that obtained results of deployed functionalities are aligned with Business Requirements, verifying also the correct integration of the components.

Will also be responsible for providing service in several countries, feeding the tool, resolving incidents, performing analysis and providing support to different managers.

The automation tester does not have any responsibilities regarding ergonomic, look and feel and user experience but can influence these attributes by suggesting improvements to Business Analyst, Web designers or Functional Analysts.

Main Responsibilities

- In coordination with the central Asset Management team and the countries: develop, update, and optimise the Python (or SAS, depending on the scenario) programs used to generate the files for the Residual Value Management Tool.
- Work on specific data analyses for the Asset Managers.
- Execute internal procedures in the perimeter of actuation.
- Respect deontological and safety rules.
- Act in accordance with BNPP PF global policies and compliance procedures.
- Contribute to AGILE meetings.
- Share tests in review.
- Share feedback with the team.
- Work with the Business Analyst of the team.
- Use SN as the ticketing tool.

What We Are Looking For

- Analyst with minimum 2 years of experience as a Python Data Analyst, able to interact with the client and eager to improve and advance in their professional career.
- Looking for people with initiative, self‑critical capacity, and an attitude of constant improvement. High commitment and a high value for teamwork.
- Knowledge of the automotive market would be a plus.

Tools

- Development and automation tools (Python, SAS/SQL, Sparrow).
- Software Asset Management (SN).

Languages

- Fluid level of Spanish.
- English level B2 or higher.
- Optionally French level B1.

Business and Transversal Skills

- Problem‑solving and decision‑making.
- Demonstrates advanced analytical and diagnostic skills dealing with ambiguous, precedent‑lacking or contradictory issues.
- Experience with AGILE methodology.
