Service Line Specialist - Artificial Intelligence & Analytics (Spain)
The Opportunity
We are looking for an Artificial Intelligence & Analytics Service Line Specialist to join the Cognizant AI&A Practice to drive additional revenue growth specific to the AI&A solutions.
Job Summary
As an Artificial Intelligence & Analytics Service Line Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by leveraging domain expertise in sales service and marketing. This position requires a seasoned professional with 10 to 14 years of experience who will work in a hybrid model during day shifts. The role does not require travel allowing for a balanced work-life integration while contributing significantly to the company ́s objectives.
Key Responsabilities

* Lead the development and execution of strategic plans to enhance service line performance and achieve business objectives.
* Oversee the integration of sales and marketing strategies to ensure cohesive operations and maximize customer satisfaction.
* Provide expert guidance on domain-specific challenges and opportunities ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
* Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform decision-making and strategic direction.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration.
* Ensure the delivery of high-quality services that meet or exceed client expectations and contribute to long-term partnerships.
* Monitor and report on service line performance metrics identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational excellence.
* Support the development and implementation of training programs to enhance team capabilities and knowledge.
* Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice dissemination across the organization to foster a culture of learning and innovation.
* Contribute to the development of marketing and promotional materials to enhance service line visibility and reputation.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards maintaining the highest levels of integrity and professionalism.

Qualifications
* Possess a deep understanding of sales service and marketing domains with a proven track record of success.
* Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
* Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
* Show proficiency in project management and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
* Have experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving collaborative efforts.
* Display a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
* Be adept at using technology and digital tools to enhance service delivery and customer engagement.
