Customer Support (CS) is responsible for delivering customer services and support for all PPS (Personal & Printing Systems) customers, including both Consumer and Commercial segments. Support is provided through a network of outsourced support and service delivery partners.
We are looking for a Graduate to join the CS EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) delivery organization, as part of the Service Delivery Support and Business Management team.
Objectives & Responsibilities
You will collaborate with an international team of Operations Managers, Quality Engineers, Project Managers, and Process Owners to support operations management. This role requires data analysis skills to help the team generate actionable insights from data.
Your Role Will Be
* Perform business analysis to support operations and facilitate decision-making.
* Support and develop data analysis and modeling frameworks for EMEA market operations.
* Lead or support the Customer Satisfaction initiatives during monthly operational reviews.
* Automate and maintain data models and analysis for the EMEA market.
* Contribute to the maintenance of scorecards.
* Participate in internal process improvement projects.
You will be assigned a mentor to assist your onboarding, guide you through the organization, and support your development.
Requirements
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
* Internship experience in industry is advantageous but not required.
* Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
* Knowledge of data modeling techniques and tools.
* Experience with Python, SQL, or R.
* Experience with big data and data visualization tools such as Power BI.
* Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
* Enthusiasm, curiosity, and a passion for business analytics.
