Full professional level of English
Delivering a best-in-class consumer experience attending consumers in all sort of questions or issues regarding their orders, services etc. Data entry and maintenance of data related to the consumers at a local market level into the CRM platform
Managing cases and E-commerce questions using the software tools provided
Knowledge of Social Networks would be highly valued
