Job Responsibilities
* Lead Credit risk, Collections, Litigation & Debt recovery processes for Ricoh Spain, Portugal, and France (Small Accounts).
* Lead a group of Line Managers and drive continuous improvements to increase performance, efficiency & service.
* Monitor and forecast Collection performance, minimize Bad debt provisions and write-offs for the countries considered.
* Manage process operations.
* Oversee operations and follow up on operational metrics, workforce quantity, and quality.
Candidate Requirements
* University degree.
* Strong customer focus (internal stakeholders and external customers).
* Highly numerate with strong analytical skills.
* Ability to prioritize and make decisions.
* Delegation skills and effective communication (written and verbal).
* Motivational skills and ability to generate enthusiasm.
* Winning spirit with excellent interpersonal, relationship building, negotiation, and influencing skills.
