Job description
We are looking for a Project Manager to lead and coordinate an international shipbuilding program. The selected candidate will be responsible for transforming the information developed by the Technical Office into reality — from production kickoff to the moment the vessel is successfully delivered to the client after sea trials.
Responsibilities
* Project planning, cost control, and ensuring quality throughout all stages of construction
* Coordination between Technical Office, Production, Procurement, and Client
* Supervision of timelines, suppliers, and subcontractors
* Management of documentation, commissioning, and delivery processes
Requirements
* Degree in Naval Architecture (an MSc or Master’s degree is a plus)
* Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or shipbuilding
* Strong organizational and leadership skills
* Excellent level of English and Spanish (both required)
* Other languages such as French or Portuguese will be valued
