As a Sales Development Representative, you will focus on B2B sales within the technology sector, helping businesses discover and implement innovative digital solutions.
Your Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for potential business clients
* Create strong first impressions and build long-term professional relationships
* Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
* Understand client needs and propose tailored digital solutions
* Collaborate with internal teams to maximize upselling and cross-selling opportunities
* Collect and communicate customer feedback to improve service quality
Your Profile
* Dutch (C1–C2 level)
* 1–2 years of experience in IT sales, B2B sales, account management, or customer management
* Experience working with CRM systems (e.G., Salesforce, Dynamics, or similar tools)
Nice to have:
* Previous experience with cloud-based or SaaS solutions
* Technical sales background
