To support this mission, we are seeking top talent to join ourTrading Operations. The role involves planning and managing the loading, delivery, and customer service for bunker products across MED and Canary Island operations, ensuring quality standards and distribution efficiency. Additionally, you will support claims management, enhance customer service, and contribute to the achievement of strategic goals.
The responsibilities we´ll trust you with
* Collaborate with commercial teams, vessel agents, terminals, and suppliers to ensure smooth and timely marine fuel deliveries. Maintain accurate records of client, vessel, and port information to optimize operations and resources.
* Plan and coordinate barge loading and fuel supply schedules by liaising with consignees, maritime terminals, and key partners such as our Energy Parks and terminals.
* Collect, verify, and manage documentation for all loading and supply activities. Ensure accurate record-keeping, including stock transfers, and provide data to operations support for reporting and analysis.
* Keep traders, commercial delegations, and key clients informed of product availability, stock levels, and port conditions. Regularly update supply plans to optimize performance.
* Oversee supply operations, stock levels, and storage facilities, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and aligned with demand across MED and Canary Islands operations.
* Investigate customer non-conformities by analyzing samples, coordinating lab tests, and resolving disputes in collaboration with suppliers and third-party labs.
* Adhere to marine fuel quality standards, company procedures, and Moeve policies. Support safety and environmental initiatives, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.

Basic Qualifications
* 2-5 years’ experience in operations of fuel cargoes.
* Master / bachelor’s degree in Transportation & Logistics, Engineering, Business, or related fields.
* Ability to incorporate a business-minded approach into daily operations.
* Fluency in English. Additional language skills, particularly Spanish, would be preferred.
* Analytically inclined with high energy, approaching challenges strategically.
* Collaborative team player thriving in a team-based environment.
* Effective relationship builder with a focus on business development.
* Passionate about creating value in trading and financial markets.
* Self-starter with superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Effective planner and organizer, working towards ambitious targets.
