Responsiblefor supporting and enabling critical Mobility processes by executing key operational tasks. This role ensures the smooth functioning of Mobility operations by managing reporting, insights, and operational controls while collaborating closely with the DL MU Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Execute essential operational tasks within the Case Management domain that are not covered by Immigration or Tax SMEs.
2. Oversee reporting and insights for the market unit, ensuring effective operational control and streamlined processes.
3. Support a broad range of Mobility processes, including but not limited to:
4. Cross Border Agreements
5. Batch process management for Travel Start/End Dates and Closure
6. Traveler registration and de-registration
7. Power of Attorney processing
8. Stealth support
9. Billing support (DL dependent)
10. Operational controls and reporting
11. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements
12. Liaise with internal stakeholders to address process inefficiencies and recommend improvements
13. Provide support in escalations and issue resolution related to Mobility operations
14. Assistin the development and implementation of process automation initiatives
15. Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all Mobility-related reports and documentation
16. Conduct periodic audits toidentifyareas for process enhancement

19. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
20. Ability to follow instructions and standard procedures effectively.

22. Experience in a cross-border role, successfully managing multiple complex projects at a global level
23. Considerable experience of delivering brand,marketingand communications projects in global organizations
