We are seeking an experienced Digital Trust Solutions Architect to design, develop, and implement innovative digital trust strategies that ensure safe, seamless, and secure interactions between users and technology. The ideal candidate will build solutions to elevate consumers' trust in digital platforms, improve cybersecurity measures, ensure compliance with privacy regulations, and mitigate risks. This role will shape the organization's digital trust framework, enhance our reputation for secure services, and build trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders. The role includes creating architectures to enable our commercial stakeholders to build their sales and marketing strategies compliantly.
About the Role
Major accountabilities:
* Develop architectural solutions for complex business areas or provide architectural services and governance activities.
* Utilize architecture patterns to recommend the most suitable use of technical platforms supporting holistic solution design.
* Maintain and evolve architecture tools, principles, policies, and standards.
* Engage with internal and vendor project teams to explain proposed architectures and ensure technical governance.
* Education & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or IT; advanced degrees and certifications are a plus.
* Experience: 12+ years in Data, Digital, and IT industries with 5+ years as a solution architect.
* Proven experience (3+ years) in Digital Trust domains like Privacy, Security, Data Protection, Consent Management, and Customer Identity & Access Management, with good understanding of CRM and Marketing solutions.
* Experience working in Agile environments and with tools like Jira.
* Pharma experience is a plus.
* Leadership experience in managing large and diverse teams.
* Knowledge of geographic scope considerations and major organizational changes.
Work Experience
* Understanding of Digital Trust principles and frameworks (CCPA, GDPR).
* Expertise in platforms and technologies such as Consent & Preferences Management (e.g., OneTrust), Customer Identity & Access Management (e.g., Salesforce, SAP CDC, Azure B2C), Data Protection, and Privacy tools.
* Solid understanding of security standards and privacy regulations.
* Knowledge of API security and integration best practices.
