METADOX GmbH is a hardware startup, specialized in the development, production, and sale of Soundproof Masks for Gaming. With our last product, the VEKTA, we are quickly growing worldwide. We're now looking to create our company core team in our new office in Sant Cugat del Vallès!

WHO WE ARE

METADOX was born by our love for video gaming and our drive to make gamers’ lives better. Our Mission is to allow gamers to play any game, any time, without being a nuisance at their homes, thanks to our comfortable and soundproof mask. Our goal is to become the go-to brand for soundproof masks worldwide - and not just in gaming. There's a huge opportunity for offices and other segments.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Global Sales & International Expansion

- Identify, research, and evaluate international growth opportunities across two parallel strategies: 1 — Direct sales, supported by local partners for import, warehousing, and marketing. 2 — Distributor-based expansion (resellers, wholesalers, marketplaces).
- Build and manage relationships with international partners, including distributors, import agents, warehouse operators, and marketing partners.
- Negotiate and structure collaboration models with distributors, importers, wholesalers, and large e-commerce platforms to build a scalable multi-country sales ecosystem.
- Develop and manage partner networks that support direct sales in each country (import, storage, shipping, local advertising, customer support coordination).
- Equip partners with all necessary sales assets, such as brochures, product sheets, pricing structures, POS materials, and product documentation.
- Support partners throughout onboarding, ensuring they understand the product, sales angles, and ideal messaging, while maintaining ongoing performance feedback loops.
- Contribute to forecasting and demand planning, aligning regional sales expectations with production and inventory requirements.

E-Commerce Management

- Create, edit, and optimize product listings across Shopify, Amazon FBA/Seller, and other marketplaces.
- Manage marketplace SEO, product descriptions, visuals, and A+ content to improve visibility and conversions.
- Maintain and optimize the website and online shops, ensuring clear user-facing benefits and a smooth buying experience.
- Ensure brand tone and messaging consistency across all digital channels.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure accurate stock levels and reliable fulfillment.

Marketing Campaigns & Data Analysis

- Define and execute go-to-market plans, including messaging, timelines, and channels
- Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
- Preparation of booth setup and promotional materials for gaming fairs
- Monitor website and ad performance metrics and adjust strategies
- Conduct user research and analyze marketing data (conversion, engagement, reach)

YOUR PROFILE

- Completed training or degree, preferably in engineering, marketing, business, or communications.
- Experience in marketing with physical products (at least 2 year, ideally in a startup)
- Excellent English skills (written and spoken). Additional languages are a plus
- Exceptional written communication and ability to explain complex features clearly and persuasively
- Independent, structured, detailed, and reliable working style.
- Enthusiasm for innovative products and interest in the gaming industry. Affinity for new technologies.
- Interest or experience in using AI tools like Chat-GPT
- A proactive and hands-on mindset, with the ability to take ownership of tasks and deliver results.
- Readiness to work hard and meet the demands of a fast-paced startup environment, where priorities can shift, and challenges arise unexpectedly.

WHAT WE OFFER

- A small dynamic work environment in a growing startup where your contributions will directly impact the company’s success.
- Part-time (20h/week) up to Full-time (40h/week) — versátil depending on your situation.
- Flexible working hours and partial remote work (1 to 3 days per week in a coworking).

- Starting at €1,750 gross/month (full-time), with flexibility depending on your qualifications and experience.
