Overview
As part of the Methods & Maintenance Department, you will join the Process Engineering Team and contribute to improving industrial performance across the plant.
Responsibilities
* Ensure process efficiency and reliability
* Design and optimize plant and line layouts
* Improve workstations and processes (manual, automated, PLC-controlled)
* Deploy Schneider Performance System principles and Lean / Six Sigma tools
* Lead actions from SIM2 (Short Interval Meetings) to remove operational barriers
* Manage capacity vs workload using simulation tools (Q Simulation, Capacity Simulation)
* Optimize lead times and ensure production capacity
* Evaluate feasibility and ROI of industrial investments
* Support Smart Factory program deployment
* Contribute to the Paperless Factory initiative
Candidate Profile
Education :
Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or related field
Experience :
* Prior experience in industrial environments (internship, apprenticeship, or full-time)
* Familiarity with production processes and continuous improvement
Technical Skills :
* Knowledge of manual, automated, and PLC-controlled manufacturing processes
* Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools (Kaizen, 5S, VSM)
* Experience in layout design and optimization
* Exposure to Smart Factory and digital transformation projects
* Proficiency in industrial software (Excel, AutoCAD, SAP, MES)
Languages :
Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish

* Proactive and results-oriented mindset
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to lead actions in SIM2 meetings
