This role can be based in Madrid or Frankfurt.
Mission and responsibilities :
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager with extensive experience in card portfolio management to join our dynamic team.
In this key role, you will be responsible for defining and executing strategic initiatives to optimize our credit card portfolio, drive customer engagement, and enhance profitability.
Define portfolio management strategy, including cobranded card programs, to maximize performance and profitability.
Design and execute campaigns for activation, balance building, and attrition programs across the customer journey.
Ensure accurate measurement and monitoring of card portfolio performance, leveraging analytical insights to drive decision-making.
Optimize product offer structure to meet the evolving needs of our customers and drive portfolio growth.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, risk management, and other stakeholders to align portfolio management initiatives with overall business objectives.
To be successful in the role you must have :
Master of Science in finance, business, mathematics, or a related field.
Proven experience in credit card consumer finance business, with a focus on portfolio management.
Extensive understanding of P&L drivers and their impact on portfolio performance.
Track record of success in campaign management, with demonstratedresults in driving customer engagement and portfolio growth.
Strong analytical and marketing skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
Ability to multitask, prioritize activities, manage conflicts, and meet deadlines in a complex and fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English
Fluency in German would be a plus.
