Global E-Commerce KAM M/F/D
Responsibilities
* Implement account strategies to exceed revenue and market share goals across platforms.
* Manage P&L and pricing for optimal returns.
* Lead impactful digital campaigns, maximizing ROI.
* Guide and support regional teams.
* Cultivate strong partnerships.
* Provide regular performance reports to senior management. Lead cross-functional efforts to enhance key account performance; manage key accounts and implement global strategies; optimize pricing and rebates. Lead international projects.
Qualifications
* 5-7 years successful global e-commerce account management experience (FMCG or B2B).
* Proven track record exceeding targets and leading high-performing teams.
* Strong sales strategy development & execution skills.
* University degree; MBA preferred.
* Fluency in English;
* Deep e-commerce expertise (platforms, marketing, analytics).
* Strong collaboration & influence skills.
* Project management experience.
* Global compliance knowledge (GDPR, advertising standards).
