WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING As a Product Owner you will lead the definition, evolution, and deployment of Santander’s global Added Value Services (AVS) proposition. Ensure delivery of differentiating and tier-relevant experiences that enhance loyalty, engagement and customer lifetime value across markets. This includes designing the global AVS vision, coordinating feature delivery, and managing roll-outs with country teams and domain counterparts.We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:
Define the end-to-end value propositions:
from service vision to operating and tech models, with modular solutions aligned with Digital & Assisted Channel capabilities.Systematically gather VoC with local teams and benchmark best-in-class added value services from other sectors.Translate insights into globally relevant product improvements and innovations, with actionable break downs. Drive prioritization within the global Digital & Assisted roadmap.Lead agile governance, defining product epics and MVP scope to support progressive, value-focused delivery.Lead the go-to-market and roll-out strategy of global features across countries.Support local pre-sales, adoption plans, and commercial impact cases.Define and track OKRs tied to loyalty, satisfaction, AVS usage, and business impact.RequirementsStrong background in customer propositions, loyalty, or services with proven delivery in multi-market environments.Ideally previous experience in customer tier-based services, loyalty, young value proposition (kid & teens) and/or micro-sole trader.Strategic and structured thinker, excellent at translating business needs into scalable features, and managing agile delivery across countries.Customer-obsessed, collaborative, and outcome-driven.Fluent in influencing across global-local teams and cross-domain contexts.SummaryLocation:
