brDeliver measurable sales growth and exceed revenue targets across markets.
brIdentify, open, and activate new retail and online accounts to expand coverage.
brDevelop country-specific action plans to drive market share and brand visibility.
brIn-Store Online Strategy
brNegotiate strategic product placements to secure the best visibility and maximize sales potential.
brImplement POS materials and Visual Merchandising to guarantee a consistent brand image according to Marketing guidelines
brEnsure that online brand presence reflects the quality of our in-store execution
brConduct regular sales reviews, joint business plans, and sell-out tracking
brLead effective product trainings to enhance retail staff engagement, brand advocacy, and sell-out performance
brDevelop annual sales budgets and forecasts for the assigned area.
brAnalyze sales performance reports and provide management with strategic insights and recommendations.
brRepresent the company at trade shows, networking events, and business meetings within the territory.
