**Summary**:
**About the Role**:
**Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:
- Implement technology delivery strategy for business systems, platforms, and processes for a particular Business domain / Function.
- Partner with senior business stakeholders and TT Strategic Business Partners for demand analysis, solution proposal/evaluation, and funding estimates.
- Ensure on-time, within budget, compliant, secure, and quality delivery of portfolio.
- Ensure services, solutions, platforms, and products are fit for purpose and achieve the desired business value and impact.
- Establish governance structure for projects, operations, etc with right stakeholder representation.
- Track, report, and deliver against agreed success factors and KPIs for various stakeholders for responsible function/service area.
- Follow industry trends and emerging practices to drive agility, speed, efficiency, and effectiveness
- Ensure the overall user experience is taken into account when designing and deploying new solutions and services.
- Ensure adherence to Security and Compliance policies and procedures.
**Minimum Requirements**:
- Solid Experience in IT/Technical Product Management within an Enterprise level organization
- Experience with CRM / Salesforce
- Proficiency in English (oral & written)
- Proven Track Record to Develop trust-based relationships with key regional stakeholders.
- Strong cross functional leadership, Process management, Strategy Development, Operations Management and Execution Project Management
**Nice to have**:
- Working experience within the pharmaceutical industry or similar industries.
- Languages: German
- Experience on Web, Consent Management, Digital Content Management Solutions
- Technical Background
