As a General Manager, you’ll have ownership of a single Jack’s store and everything in it. This includes sales, profitability, staffing, training, customer service, operations, and more Day-to-day, you’ll manage a million-dollar business through high energy and high standards.
Responsibilities
Lead your team to consistently meet service, cleanliness, and quality standards.
Provide smiling, friendly service to guests.
Ensure your store meets daily sales, service, food, and labor goals.
Hire, coach, mentor, and develop a successful team.
Help prepare and serve delicious southern foods (especially chicken).
Create a fun work environment where everyone feels supported, respected, and valued.
