Join to apply for the Senior Data Analyst role at Livo.
Your mission
* Work closely with product, design, and engineering to identify opportunities for product improvement.
* Analyze data sets to identify patterns, trends, and insights to inform product decisions.
* Define metrics to measure the performance of new features.
* Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics (KPIs).
* Generate insights on customer behavior, product usage, and feature performance.
* Monitor and report on user engagement, product rollouts, and business outcomes.
* Build Livo data foundations, ranging from data modeling to tooling to consume data across the organization.
* Implement the dashboards tracking key KPIs in order to support leadership.
* Support & co-lead the setup of product tracking with the product team.
* Contribute to building a data-driven culture within Livo.
Your profile
* At least 4+ years of experience in product analytics, data analysis, or a similar role.
* Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality insights.
* Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL and Python.
* Knowledge of modern data tools such as Airbyte, Fivetran, or equivalent.
* Experience with data visualization tools like Metabase, Looker, or similar platforms.
* Experience with A / B testing, experimentation, and statistical analysis.
* Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights for product teams.
* Familiarity with cloud-based data storage and management services.
