Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to ensure performance targets are met and a high-performance environment is maintained.
Client Management & Business Development: Build strong relationships with key clients and distributors, identify new business opportunities, and lead strategic negotiations.
Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to refine sales tactics and identify growth opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to align efforts and ensure customer satisfaction.
Sales Reporting & Analysis: Track and analyze sales performance, propose improvements based on data insights, and ensure effective use of CRM tools.
