Overview Louis Vuitton is seeking a temporary, full time In-Store Visual Merchandiser in Barcelona, Spain. This person will ensure the consistency, quality and sophistication of the VM for all product categories, with a business & commercial approach, while also being able to support the sales team if needed as a Client Advisor. Job responsibilities Interactions with Store staff and preparation of Product Zoning: Collaborate with the Store Director/Manager and Product specialists on business issues (sales trends, new launches, new collections) and on VM issues (permanent and seasonal VM guidelines).
Elaborate the stores zonings for each product category (LG-Access, Shoes, RTW and W&J) in close collaboration with Product Specialists and the Store Managers, as well with Area & Regional VM if needed.
Windows (approximately five times a year): Coordinate with Area VM and local suppliers for window and backlight installations; manage the window product change for every rotation (approximately every 2 weeks).
Interior Merch Implementation / all product categories / events: Prepare in advance the product list of new products to display; install products on walls, on hangers or tables according to global guidelines and business strategies; implement VM concept for events and support events and product actions accordingly.
Control and feedback: Take photos of each wall (or hangers / tables) for each rotation and report to Country-Area VM; check sales performance and adjust product zoning with stores team and Country-Area VM; share VM implementations and feedback with stores team; share main directives with Client Advisors.
Day-to-day VM maintenance check: Maintain store environment to uphold retail standards; ensure lighting focuses on products and that products are displayed according to LV standards (LG standards, Shoes standards, ironing, proper folding and mannequin setup for RTW); check the quality of props and re-order when necessary; verify lighting and cleanliness of windows.

Requirements
Visual Merchandising background: minimum 4 years of experience.
Experience with multicategory brands, including RTW.
Proven track record supporting store business through VM.
Languages: English and Spanish fluent; other languages considered a plus.
Availability to work 40 hours/week and weekends.
