Responsibilities
- Plan, launch and optimise Paid Media campaigns (mainly Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads) focused on lead generation.
- Manage email marketing campaigns and simple automation workflows to qualify and nurture leads until handover to the sales team.
- Coordinate the organisation and promotion of webinars as a lead generation tool.
- Work with the CRM (Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot or similar): segmentation, database updates and lead tracking.
- Contribute to SEO and organic positioning initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure strong alignment between marketing and sales.
- Support direct marketing initiatives and occasional events.
- Prepare monthly performance reports and propose data‑driven improvements.
Mandatory Requirements
- Professional level of Portuguese and English or Spanish.
- 2 years of experience in B2B digital marketing.
- Experience managing Paid Ads campaigns.
- Basic experience in email marketing and automation.
- Experience working with CRM tools.
- Analytical mindset and results‑oriented approach.
What Can We Offer You
- €21,000 –24,000 gross annual salary.
- Hybrid working model (3 days in the office and 2 remote).
- Fridays from 8.00 am to 3.00 pm, so you can start the weekend a little earlier.
- Summer opening hours from June to September (4 months) from 8.00 am to 3.00 pm, so you can have your afternoons to yourself.
