Business Controller | Technology‑Driven Industrial Environment (Barcelona)
Manpower Professional Recruitment is seeking a Business Controller with a strong business orientation and the ability to work closely with senior stakeholders and commercial teams. This position plays a central role in converting operational and commercial activity into meaningful financial analysis that supports strategic decision‑making.

Role and responsabilities
- Act as the embedded finance business partner for the business unit leadership team.
- Own budgeting, forecasting and management reporting processes.
- Partner closely with Sales, translating pipeline and bookings into reliable forward‑looking revenue forecasts.
- Lead reporting on bookings, backlog, shipments and performance versus targets.
- Support the monthly accounting close, in coordination with local and corporate finance teams.
- Build integrated P&L; and balance sheet forecasts, supporting AOP and quarterly business reviews.
- Deliver clear financial insights to support decision‑making and business growth.
Profile Required
- 6+ years of experience in FP&A;, controlling or finance business partnering roles.
- Strong commercial and analytical mindset, ideally with experience supporting Sales or revenue forecasting.
- Solid understanding of monthly close and accounting processes.
- Advanced Excel skills;
ERP experience isa strong plus.
- Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non‑finance stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in evolving, growth‑stage environments.
- Background in technology, hardware or industrial/manufacturing sectors is preferred.
- Fluent Englishis required;
Spanish and/or Catalan are a strong advantage.
