They implement innovative, scalable solutions to meet the highest industrial standards. The Technical Sales Engineer will be the spearhead of the packaging activity in Spain and Portugal. Based in Barcelona with frequent travel across the peninsula, and reporting directly to the Sales Director, the main responsibilities will be to:Engage and negotiate with top-tier stakeholders, including Plant Managers, Technical Directors, and Purchasing Managers.Analyze technical needs, coordinate with the Pre-Sales team for quotes, and confidently defend technical proposals.Represent the brand at specialized trade fairs and industry events alongside the sales team.A solid track record of 7+ years in a similar position, specifically within the industrial machinery or packaging sector.A result-oriented, "Hunter" profile with a strong commercial drive, high autonomy, and impeccable organizational skills. Native or professional fluency in Spanish is mandatory.
