Collaborating with Sales Teams, you will:
Develop and implement strategic field marketing plans aligned with global initiatives and tailored to regional market dynamics, client segments, and buyer personas.Lead multi-channel demand generation campaigns using PR, social media, digital marketing, events, and direct outreach to generate leads and grow pipelines.Create, localize, and manage marketing content and assets from concept to deployment, ensuring consistency with campaign objectives and brand standards.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, sharing insights to inform cross-functional strategies.Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to align efforts with revenue goals, managing vendors, budgets, and timelines.Monitor and report on campaign performance and ROI, using data to optimize programs and communicate results to stakeholders and leadership.What You'll OfferFluency in English;
proficiency in French, Spanish, and/or Italian is highly desirable.5+ years of B2B marketing experience, including at least 2 years in regional or field marketing roles.Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management or a related business field.Proven skills in event planning, copywriting, and creative brief development, with excellent writing, presentation, storytelling, and organizational skills.Deep understanding of customer segmentation, with experience using data and analytics to inform decisions.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Zoom, Google Analytics, and WordPress.What We OfferWork-Life Balance:
