We are currently looking for an experienced CRM Specialist to plan and execute customer engagement strategies across multiple channels. This is a maternity cover contract role.As the CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and executing CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and both brick-and-mortar (B& M) and e-commerce channels. You will play a key role in customer segmentation, campaign performance analysis, and the implementation of CRM activations across brands, ensuring a seamless and personalized omnichannel experience. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with marketing and e-commerce teams.What will be your responsibilities?
Plan and execute CRM campaigns (email, SMS, B& M and e-commerce specific CRM activations).Segment the customer database to ensure targeted and personalized messaging.Implement CRM brand activations across both B& M and e-commerce channels.Collaborate with marketing and e-commerce teams to align customer journeys.Maintain data quality and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.Support the development of loyalty programs and personalized offers.Report on CRM KPIs and key customer metrics.Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for optimization. What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience (2–4 years) in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or customer engagement roles, ideally in retail or beauty.Experience working with international teams is a plus.Strong understanding of omnichannel customer journeys and retention strategies.Strong analytical and segmentation skills.Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy best practices.Excellent communication skills.Team player with a customer-centric mindset. Advanced ExcelExperience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SAP Emarsys, or similar)Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar)Fluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to work effectively in both languages Nice to have:
