Responsibilities
Controlling
* Work with KPIs, dashboards (Power BI) and analytical P&L.
* Support budgeting, cost center controlling, and variance analysis.
* Participate in process improvements in the SAP CO module.
Accounting
* Gain experience in journal entries, general ledger and month-end closing.
* Learn to interpret financial statements and use SAP FI.
Tax
* Understand key taxes (VAT, payroll, corporate tax).
* Assist with audit preparations and learn basics of international taxation and intercompany flows.
Credit Management & Collections
* Support collections, dispute management, and process alignment.
* Gain exposure to legal recovery procedures.
Your Profile
* Master's graduate (or final-year student) in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics or related fields.
* Strong analytical skills and interest in international finance.
* Excellent English communication; additional languages are a plus.
* Global mindset and willingness to relocate for the international rotation.
* Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable in a dynamic environment.
