Oversee the annual Sales Planning & Forecast in partnership with the Head of Country of KWS Semillas Iberica, ensuring all targets are met. Collaboratively plan and define sales objectives and action plans with the Sales Team, incorporating analysis of performance, market conditions, financial trends, and customer needs to achieve national goals. Take the lead in restructuring our sales department with a customer centricity approach, maximizing synergies and creating a dynamic and high-performing team. Promote new ideas and initiatives to revolutionize our approach to sales, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving market. Support different general processes, projects and initiatives regarding new business models Serve as a passionate ambassador for our iconic brand, representing KWS with pride and enthusiasm Your profileBachelor's degree in Agriculture or Business Administration Minimum 5 years of work experience in Sales and proven track record in leadership positions In-depth knowledge of the agricultural business, market trends, and the seeds, fertilizers, and crop protection sectors. Knowledge of sales contracts and contract management principles Fluent in Spanish and English language (verbal and written). Deep understanding of local culture, laws, and regulations, with exceptional stakeholder management skills in evolving environments.
