MARLEX GREAT PEOPLE is seeking a skilled Brand Manager to oversee media and communications strategies for a prominent company in the advertising and communication sector.
Mission :
Develop and execute communication plans aligned with account objectives and strategies:
1. Ensure effective implementation of client communication plans.
2. Enhance advertising and promotional activities across multimedia channels including digital (display, internet), print (newspapers, magazines), broadcast (radio, TV, film), and outdoor media (billboards).
3. Gather and analyze data on consumer behavior, outreach effectiveness, audience trends, and campaign impact.
Main Responsibilities :
Client Relations
* Deliver high-quality service by understanding client needs and aligning strategies to meet business goals.
* Develop comprehensive knowledge of clients' industries and businesses.
* Build strong relationships with media suppliers and understand market offerings.
* Identify target audiences and analyze campaign results to optimize performance.
* Create media plans using internal tools (e.g., Demilpa, AMI Digital) and manage data from tagging to reporting.
* Prepare competitive analysis reports with actionable insights.
Media Knowledge
* Identify components for media planning and execute plans effectively.
* Forecast digital media objectives accurately.
* Evaluate plans for rate, discount, and fee accuracy.
* Develop offline (TV) and digital media plans with clear rationales linked to objectives.
* Generate detailed competitive reports with analytical depth.
Trading & Buying
* Understand media buying principles, including rate negotiations and relationship management with investment teams.
* Ensure timely execution of campaigns.
Experience & Qualifications :
* 3-5 years in a similar role.
* Fluent in English.
* Strong client orientation and media expertise.
* Knowledge of media buying processes.
* Degree in marketing, advertising, or related field.
* Excellent communication skills in an international setting.
* Proficiency with planning and buying tools (e.g., Demilpa, AMI Digital), and research sources like Kantar, Infoadex, Comscore, etc.
Tools :
* MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
* Digital platforms and analytics tools like Google Analytics, Sizmek, DCM.
What We Offer :
* Temporary contract.
* Flexible working hours, Monday to Thursday from 8:30/9:30 to 17:30/18:30 with lunch break; Fridays from 8:30/9:30 to 14:00/15:00.
* Intensive period from June 24 to September 11 with adjusted hours.
