a) Site Management:
· Supervise and coordinate daily site activities.
· Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with project plans, specifications, and timelines.
· Monitor site operations to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
b) Team Coordination:
· Manage on-site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
· Assign tasks and ensure that all team members understand their responsibilities.
· Conduct regular briefings to keep the team updated on project progress and safety measures.
c) Quality Control:
· Ensure that all work meets the required quality standards.
· Conduct regular inspections to identify and rectify any issues.
· Maintain detailed records of site activities and inspections.
d) Health & Safety Compliance:
· Enforce site safety protocols and ensure compliance with local regulations.
· Conduct regular safety checks and risk assessments.
· Provide guidance and training on safe work practices.
e) Reporting & Documentation:
· Review the monthly certification submitted by contractors.
· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
· Maintain accurate records of site activities, deliveries, and incidents.
· Ensure that all documentation is completed and submitted on time.
