Overview Global General Surgery Recruitment Specialist – Marketing Manager for Surgical Robotics, Territory: EMEA. An up & coming surgical robotics manufacturer is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead campaigns that drive product awareness, customer engagement, and commercial growth. This is a critical role at the intersection of product, sales, and strategy, suited for someone who thrives in a hands-on, high-impact environment.
Responsibilities Develop and lead the EMEA marketing strategy for the surgical robotics portfolio, aligned with corporate objectives.
Drive product positioning, competitive messaging, and value propositions that resonate with surgeons, hospitals, and procurement stakeholders.
Plan and execute multichannel campaigns (digital, trade shows, KOL engagement, clinical education) to support awareness and lead generation.
Collaborate closely with the EMEA sales team to deliver effective sales enablement tools and materials.
Work with global product management to support regional launches, market research, and voice-of-customer initiatives.
Lead EMEA-focused clinical marketing and KOL development initiatives.
Track marketing performance and ROI using metrics, CRM, and campaign analytics.
Represent the company at key industry events, surgical congresses, and training programs.
Qualifications 5+ years of experience in marketing within the medical device sector.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, life sciences, or related field (MBA or equivalent a plus).
Deep knowledge of surgical robotics markets preferred.
Proven experience building and executing commercial marketing strategies in a high-growth or start-up-like environment.
Exceptional communication, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership skills.
