Responsibilities:
* Engage with prospective clients in Spain and Portugal regularly to understand their needs, both technically and financially.
* Gather and share market intelligence to refine sales strategies.
* Maintain accurate account forecasts and keep CRM and other databases updated.
* Collaborate with the strategic account team to position LONGi's products as top options in the residential sector.
* Plan and participate in client events, including on-site visits to assess installations and strengthen relationships.
* Highlight product features to meet customer needs and develop long-term partnerships.
* Propose innovative solutions tailored to client requirements.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or higher.
* Experience in managing complex contractual negotiations in the PV sector.
* Proven skills in value-based selling and account development.
* Excellent interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and collaboration.
* Strong communication skills in Spanish, Portuguese, and English.
