The role
To support the team responsible for executing payroll and/or data management/customer service activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Responsibilities may focus on payroll, customer service, or both, with flexibility to support as needed.
Responsibilities
* Process Payroll End-to-End independently, ensuring delivery as per the processing calendar and KPIs.
* Support statutory and year-end reporting.
* Use payroll expertise to advise on client queries and understand country-specific legislation.
* Support and transfer knowledge to apprentices and associates.
* Respond to tickets and calls within SLA timescales and standards.
* Support system maintenance testing.
* Liaise with third parties.
* Complete SOC controls timely with necessary evidence.
* Participate in root cause analysis and suggest preventative measures.
* Conduct knowledge transfer sessions.
* Maintain DWIs to reflect current processes.
* Report system issues/defects with detailed tickets.
* Highlight deviations from standard scope to Service Manager.
* Handle sensitive information appropriately.
* Accurately record time.
* Adhere to Strada security standards.
* Participate in team meetings, raise issues promptly.
* Stay updated with HR announcements and communicate internally as needed.
* Build relationships across the business.
* Update stakeholders timely and accurately.
* Participate in projects and activities as assigned.
Requirements
Education
* BA/BS in Accounting, HR, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
* 2-3 years relevant payroll or benefits experience in HR outsourcing or corporate environment.
* Knowledge of HRIS systems like Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft preferred.
* Fluent in English and Danish.
* Experience with HR and payroll data.
Work Experience
* Minimum 2 years in a payroll role.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Flexibility to support a global, fast-paced environment.
* Attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
* Self-motivated and eager to learn.
* Ability to work independently and in teams, following processes and procedures.
