Overview
We are looking to incorporate into our Sales Department an Area Sales Manager (ASM) for Germany .
Reporting to the Head of the Commercial Department, the ASM will be responsible for business development and market prospecting in Germany, supported by the headquarters.
Main Responsibilities
Work closely with the sales team to develop effective strategies that drive sales growth through market opportunity identification, customer segmentation, and action planning to achieve targets.
Visit and meet with key agents and potential customers in the assigned market, while maintaining strong relationships with key clients and major accounts in the area.
Establish, maintain, and expand the customer base.
Act as a liaison between the market and headquarters for any technical customer requirements.
Conduct market research, participate in sales strategies, and gather customer feedback.
Requirements
Languages: Native German or C2 level (a test will be conducted).
Strong command of spoken and written English.
Other languages will be valued.
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
Experience in the electronics or industrial tools sector will be valued.
Residence in Germany.
Dynamic, proactive, problem-solving attitude with the ability to learn and adapt.
