🌍 Your Responsibilities:
* 💼 Handle inbound calls in German to close reservations – focus on sales + service .
* 🧑 💼 Assist customers with inquiries and booking-related needs.
* 🎯 Maintain a guest-first, solution-oriented mindset at all times.
👤 What You Bring:
* C2 level German + Advanced English
* 🏨 Experience in sales or customer service, ideally in hospitality/tourism.
* 📍 Residency in Málaga or nearby .
* 🗣 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
📄 Job Details:
* 📑 Permanent contract (2-month probation).
* ⏰ 39 hours/week – rotating shifts Mon–Sun, between 14:00–22:00 .
* 💰 Gross salary : €21,500/year
* ➕ €1,500 sign-on bonus
* 🕘 Mon–Thu: 09:00–18:00 (split shift) | Fri: 09:00–16:00
