Responsibilities
Attending and assisting guests during the night shift.
Performing check-in and check-out.
Managing reservations, incidents, and special requests.
Supervising security and the correct operation of the hotel.
Closing the cash register and night audit (Night Audit).
Coordinating with other departments to guarantee service.
Qualifications
Previous experience in hotel reception, preferably during the night shift.
Training in Tourism, Hospitality or similar.
High level of English (other languages will be valued).
Knowledge of hotel management programs (Opera or similar).
Responsible, resolutive and autonomous.
Good communication skills and customer orientation.
