Position Overview
The role which is part of the GBFS organization will maintain product costs and the Intercompany prices in all ERP across EMEA Region. Also analyzing and timely provide standard reporting of the Standard costs variation and the explanations of variances to strategic business partners and business analyst (when existing). Also supporting Internal Controls compliance and financial audits at the legal entities for those activities that can be managed remotely.

Performance Objectives & Major Deliverables
PRODUCT COSTING
Calculation of quarterly STD costs.Analysis of Raw Materials and other variables that impact the cost.Support in the annual upload process of manufacturing rates.Ensure that intercopany prices are properly uploaded for the products calculated.
AUDIT & SOX
Support plant for any audit matters related to reconciliation and explanation of system driven transactions in the plant: Inventories, Magna Carta, Inventory valuation...undefined
CLOSING ACCOUNTING PROCESSES
Volumes reporting
Control of Goods in Transit
Accruals Magna Carta. Discussion with the plant regarding main impacts/changes
SSPL reclassification when needed (system limitation) to ensure correct assignment of responsibilities.
INVENTORY CONTROL
Monitor and reporting the evolution of SSPL & Magna Carta report.
Report and monitor all the inventory loses by root cause and its impact in AMU
Participate in the annual physical inventory audit of the plant.
Remote support to physical inventory of consignment warehouses.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or Economics
Experience with MS Office
Interest in IT/ PC skills (MS Excel, MS Access, ORACLE, SAP, Concur, ePro, Business One, Oracle Transportation Management, etc.)
Affinity with production
Personal strengths include reliability, receptiveness to change, strong analytical and communication skills
Hands on, independent, proactive, a 'do-er' with mentality to drive results
