Role Description
As a Partner Ecosystem Manager, France at Slimstock, you will serve as the pivotal bridge fostering strategic alliances with channel partners, including introducing partners, value-added resellers, system integrators, and supply chain consultants, to amplify the reach and impact of our Slim4 platform across diverse sectors and verticals. Your core mission will involve scaling our partner network through targeted recruitment, comprehensive enablement programs, and joint growth strategies that align with Slimstock's vision. By leveraging your expertise in B2B SaaS sales and relationship dynamics, you'll drive collaborative revenue streams, ensure seamless Slim4 implementations, and contribute to our global expansion, all while upholding our commitment to customer success and innovation in AI-driven planning solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and recruit new high-value partners in the region, evaluating their fit based on market presence, sectors GTM, and alignment with Slimstock's goals.
• Onboard and train partners using Slimstock's resources like the Academy, partner portal, and sales materials to make them proficient in Slim4.
• Develop and execute joint business plans, including co-marketing, co-selling, and performance reviews to drive revenue and customer success.
• Nurture ongoing relationships through regular check-ins, conflict resolution, and providing strategic guidance to maximize partnership value.
• Drive Partner-Sourced and Partner-Influenced revenue targets (OTE tied to these merics).
• Monitor partner performance metrics (e.g., sales pipelines) and conduct reviews to ensure mutual benefits and address any issues.
• Act as the \"Matchmaker\" between Slimstock’s direct sales team and the partner’s account executives to ensure seamless coselling.
• Collaborate internally with sales, implementation and support teams to align partnership strategies with Slimstock's global xpansion.
• Stay informed on SC trends and regional market dynamics to advise partners and identify new opprtunities.
Qualifications ad Experience
• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in channel management, alliances or indirect sales within sotware industry
• Proven track record of building and scaling partner ecosystems within the region to support regonal expansion.
• Familiarity with supply chain software, inventory optimizatio, or ERP systems
• Experience in B2B environments, including negotiating contracts, managing joint GTM strategies driving revenue
