In this role, you will drive product strategy, lifecycle management, and value creation in close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Operations, and Supply Chain.This is a regional, cross‐functional role with strong visibility and impact, suited for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands‐on execution and a customer‐centric mindset.Key Responsibilities Own and drive the product strategy and roadmap for the Omega portfolio in EMEA, aligned with global and regional prioritiesManage the full product lifecycle, from market insight and business case through launch, optimization, and phase‐outAct as the key link between EMEA markets and Production Units, ensuring alignment between market needs, product specifications, and manufacturing capabilitiesTranslate customer and market requirements into clear product requirements in close collaboration with Production Units and R&DWork closely with Sales and Marketing on go‐to‐market activities, including positioning, pricing, launches, and sales enablementEngage directly with EMEA markets and Mining and Tunneling customers, requiring regular travel across the regionMonitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify growth and improvement opportunitiesSupport regional sales teams with product expertise and key customer engagementsYour profile Bachelor or Master degree in Mining, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similarProven product management experience, preferably in an industrial, technical, or B2B environmentExperience managing products across markets and Production Units, balancing customer needs, market requirements, and manufacturing realitiesStrong strategic and analytical skills, combined with a hands‐on, execution‐oriented mindsetProven ability to work effectively in a matrix and international environmentStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, including collaboration with Production, R&D, and commercial teamsCustomer‐focused with solid commercial understandingWillingness and ability to travel approximately 30% of the time within the EMEA region and beyondLanguages English – mandatorySpanish – advantagePolish – advantageWhat We Offer A regional EMEA role with broad exposure and influenceOpportunity to shape and develop a key product portfolioCollaboration with diverse, international teamsA values‐driven company culture grounded in innovation, sustainability, and continuous improvementSandvik is an equal opportunity employer.
