We are seeking an exceptional Spanish-speaking Residence Manager to oversee the daily operations of a luxury private residential complex in Ibiza. This role requires an individual with extensive boutique luxury hotel management experience who can seamlessly transition their expertise to managing a prestigious private estate for a discerning family and their guests.

Key Responsibilities
Guest & Family Services
* Deliver coordinated, personalised service to family members and their guests
* Manage guest arrivals, departures, and all hospitality requirements
* Ensure seamless communication between family, guests, and staff
* Lead and inspire a team of up to 10 staff members
* Recruit, train, and develop staff to maintain exceptional service standards
* Create and maintain staff schedules, ensuring optimal coverage at all times
* Conduct weekly performance reviews for first month of employment, followed by quarterly reviews, and provide ongoing coaching
* Ensure full compliance with local employment law, confirming appropriate work permits are in place etc.
* Foster a positive, professional working environment aligned with family values
* Introduce communication structures, including in-person team briefings
* Effective use of technology for communication with team family and guests
* Develop and implement a system of operational procedures to foster a culture of consistency.
* Establish a daily procedure sign off system to ensure accountability
Property Operations
* Oversee all aspects of property maintenance and presentation
* Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, organisation, and aesthetic appeal
* Manage inventory of household supplies, amenities, and equipment
* Coordinate with external service providers (landscaping, pool maintenance, security)
* Implement and maintain health, safety, and security protocols
Construction & Project Management
* Oversee ongoing construction projects and property improvements
* Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specification
* Manage permits, inspections, and regulatory compliance
* Coordinate project timelines to minimise disruption to family and guests
* Manage operational budgets and control costs effectively
* Oversee procurement and vendor relationships
* Maintain detailed records and provide regular reporting to family
* Handle administrative tasks related to property management
* Ensure compliance with local regulations and employment law
Required Qualifications
* Minimum 10 years in boutique luxury hotel management or similar high-end hospitality role
* Proven track record of managing teams
* Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service to UHNW clientele
* Exceptional leadership and people management abilities
* Fluent Spanish and good English communication skills (essential)
* Strong project management and organisational capabilities
* Discretion and absolute confidentiality when handling private family matters
* Problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
