Platform & Coaching Programs Lead
Remote (with a preference for candidates based in APAC, Europe, or the Middle East to align with corebusiness hours)Initial freelance/contract (6–12 months) → potential full-time
About CoachBaseCoachBase is a global digital coaching platform redefining professional development through technology, data, and a curated network of 1,100+ ICF-certified coaches across 65+ countries.We partner with leading multinational corporations, primarily across APAC and EMEA, delivering scalable and measurable coaching programs — from emerging talent to senior executives.As we enter our next phase of growth, we are looking for a hands-on, commercially driven leader to scale both our platform and business globally.
Role OverviewThis is a hybrid strategic and execution role at the core of CoachBase.You will lead:Platform evolutionCommercial growthClient deliveryOperations and team scalingYou will play a key role in shaping the company’s trajectory while remaining deeply hands-on across functions.
Main ResponsibilitiesCommercial & Client DevelopmentLead B2B sales and business development (client pitches, demos, proposals)Own RFP responses and procurement processesManage senior client relationships (HR / L&D leaders, sponsors, program teams)Translate client needs into tailored solutions and platform enhancements
Coaching Program DeliveryAct as strategic account lead for clientsOversee:Program launchesProgram performance and reportingFeedback loops and continuous improvementExecutive-level client engagement
Platform & Product DevelopmentDefine and prioritize product development needsTranslate business and client needs into clear functional requirementsWork closely with tech teams to design, test, and deploy featuresEnsure a client-centric, scalable user experience
User Support & OperationsEnsure high-quality user support across participants and coachesOversee platform activity and operational performanceScale and optimize processes through automation, AI, and data-driven workflows
Finance & Performance ManagementOversee:Client invoicing and contractsCoach paymentsFinancial tracking and dashboardsMonitor KPIs, margins, and overall business performance
Team Leadership & Coach NetworkLead a cross-functional team, primarily based in APACBuild and scale the team over time (structure, hiring, development)Oversee coach recruitment and onboarding globallyEnsure consistent quality and experience standards
Brand & MarketingOversee digital marketing and brand positioning:Content (LinkedIn, thought leadership, blog)SEO and inbound strategyIncrease visibility through:Events, webinars, and roundtablesStrategic partnerships
Strategy & GrowthShape and evolve CoachBase’s business model, value proposition, and go-to-market strategyAlign platform development with commercial and client needsIdentify and drive new growth opportunities (markets, segments, partnerships)
Ideal Profile7–10+ years of experienceStrong experience in project / program management and client facing rolesExperience contributing to or leading B2B sales and procurement processesStrong experience working with senior stakeholders in multinational environments

Requirements:Experience in L&D, coaching, or talent developmentStrong interest in and affinity with technology / digital toolsAdvanced command of MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (must-have)
Nice to have:Exposure to product / platform environmentsExperience managing global / remote teams
