We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Sales Finance Analyst Retail to join our Iberia Finance team in Madrid. Reporting to Sales Finance Lead Retail, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of profitable growth across Kraft Heinz’s Retail channel through accurate analysis, reliable insights, and strong cross‑functional collaboration. In this role, you will contribute to strategic decision‑making by providing high‑quality financial analysis that helps optimize customer profitability, improve sales performance, and reinforce financial discipline. As a key analytical partner to the Retail Sales team, you will work closely with commercial stakeholders to support customer plans, evaluate investment effectiveness, and ensure robust performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities
Be a finance business partner to the Retail Commercial team, with a high level of autonomy, providing a financial and data‑driven perspective to the commercial team to influence the decision‑making process and ensure target delivery.
Commercial support: provide day‑to‑day financial support to the Sales Finance Lead and Retail Sales team to ensure alignment with financial objectives and pricing policies.
Financial Reporting & Month‑end Close support: Manage weekly and monthly sales performance routine (Daily sales reports, weekly sales meeting, monthly customer performance).
Performance management: Review and analyze customer actual performances (Volume / price / mix and margin analysis, product and Customer profitability) to identify risk and opportunities to deliver the target. Lead Sales Performance Review (SPR) routine providing tools and supporting ad‑hoc analysis to the commercial team.
Forecasting: play a key role in the forecasting process working closely with Sales, Category, RGM (Revenue Growth Management) and Demand Planning team. Develop and execute reporting tools to support monthly business review to ensure forecast accuracy.
Sales Incentive Plan owner: Commercial KPI definition and tracking and process governance.
Support the Annual Operating Plan development, providing visibility through reporting, decision support through scenario analysis, and tracking and quantifying opportunities and risk.
Prepare financial analysis, scenario planning, and decision support for Sales investment proposals and customer negotiations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Engineering or a related quantitative discipline.
4+ years of relevant experience in commercial finance or a commercially oriented analytical role with a strong track record of solving complex business challenges through data‑driven analysis.
Solid understanding of the Commercial P&L, forecasting processes, and performance analysis, preferably within a consumer goods environment.
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and financial modelling.
Strong analytical and numerical aptitude, with proven ability to convert data into clear, actionable insights.
Fluency in English and Spanish.
