Own the Complete Sales JourneyAs our Account Executive, you'll take 360° ownership of the entire sales cycle—from initial prospecting through contract signature and successful client onboarding. This is a hunter role focused on new business acquisition within your designated territory.Core ResponsibilitiesNew Business DevelopmentDrive outbound prospecting through strategic cold calling, targeted email campaigns, social selling, and networkingGenerate qualified pipeline within assigned territory / verticalResearch and identify high-value prospects across enterprise and mid-market segmentsConsultative Selling & Relationship BuildingConduct thorough discovery sessions using proven methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN)Lead compelling product demonstrations and tailored presentations to C-level stakeholdersBuild multi-threaded relationships across complex buying committeesPosition solutions that directly address client pain points and business objectivesDeal Management & ClosingManage complex sales cycles ranging from a few weeks to several months for deals worth £50 to £500kNavigate competitive evaluations and procurement processesNegotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve win-win outcomesCollaborate with legal, finance, and technical teams to ensure smooth deal progressionPipeline & Forecast ManagementMaintain [3-4x] pipeline coverage to ensure consistent quota attainmentProvide accurate weekly forecasting with detailed deal progression analysisUtilise CRM tool (currently Hubspot) to track all client interactions and sales activitiesConduct regular pipeline reviews with sales leadership using structured methodologiesClient Success PartnershipEnsure seamless handoff to Customer Success teams post-signatureIdentify expansion opportunities within existing accountsAct as client advocate internally to drive satisfaction and retentionSuccess Metrics That MatterWe measure impact, not just activity :
