Beast is a high-end Asian restaurant located on Marbella's Golden Mile, within the prestigious Forum development. We are currently looking for an experienced and driven Sous Chef with a strong background in Asian cuisine to join our team immediately.

Role & Responsibilities
* Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
* Lead and supervise the hot kitchen team during service
* Ensure consistency, quality control, and high presentation standards
* Maintain structure, discipline, and workflow in a high-paced environment
* Oversee mise en place, prep routines, and stock management
* Ensure hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards are strictly followed
* Assist in menu development and refinement of Asian dishes
* Train and mentor junior chefs
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie
* Strong background in Asian cuisine (hot kitchen experience required)
* Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
* Excellent knowledge of Asian cooking techniques, sauces, and flavor profiles
* Ability to work with premium ingredients and maintain consistent execution
* Structured, disciplined, and detail-oriented
