During the early years, candidates should be willing to relocate to the provinces of Valencia and Alicante and be available for weekly stays at other plants to work on improvement projects.

Minimum requirements
Responsibilities include:
* Providing on-site support to the Production and Logistics departments, fostering a culture of Lean Manufacturing.
* Promoting the implementation of operational basics of Saica Production System and Saica Demand System.
* Supporting Planning and Dispatch Managers practically.
* Developing and implementing Lean Manufacturing tools (e.g., 5S, Productivity).
Academic Qualifications:
* Recently graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
Experience: Up to two years of relevant work experience since graduation. International experiences (e.g., Erasmus) are a plus.
Language skills: Proficiency in English (C1 level), both written and spoken.
