RoleThe Commercial Account Manager is the person in charge of building, managing and maintaining a long-term relationship with B2 B customers to improve the awareness of the company in this market share.The goal is to open new B2 B accounts, therefore the B2 B account manager will be in charge of finding new business opportunities, be assigned prospects, given accounts, or a combination thereof. Tasks may involve project management, strategic planning, sales support, product design, service application, logistics, and marketing actions.Responsibilities

- Manage a portfolio of B2 B accounts and reach the company's target
- Identify new sales opportunities within existing B2 B accounts to retain a client-account manager relationship by up-selling and cross-selling
- Manage and solve conflicts with clients: The Account Manager is expected to have specific information regarding daily operations of the Company and keep the Client updated.
- Interact and coordinate with the account team and other staff members in other departments working on the same account
- Establish budgets with the client and company
- Meet time deadlines for accounts

- Develop and achieve departmental/company goals and controls. Make suggestions for improvement in areas of processes.
