ECOPET Europa (https://www.ecopeteuropa.com/) is expanding its team in Catalonia. We’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a background in plastic recycling to help us grow sustainably in one of Europe’s most dynamic regions.
Our Products: We manufacture food-grade plastic packaging using partially recycled materials, both with and without absorbent pads, specifically designed for the meat industry. We also produce film for thermoforming trays, giving us a fully integrated, closed-loop production cycle.
We operate throughout Spain and are ready to work for export markets. Our sales include clients in Portugal and South America.
·Proactively contact potential clients and partners
·Identify and develop new customer relationships, including in export markets
·Negotiate terms and close deals after coordination with the production director
·Confirm and manage orders and contracts
·Collaborate closely with the management and production teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction
·Drive sales growth in Catalonia and across Spain, as well as in Portugal and South America
·Contribute to sustainability goals and support closed-loop plastic recycling initiative
• Proven sales experience in plastic recycling, packaging, or related sectors
• Strong commercial negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and drive business development
