We are looking for an Event Coordinator Assistant to support our premium retreat business. In this role, you will work closely with the retreat lead and assist manage all aspects of our retreat operations, from participant onboarding to event coordination and customer communications. You will support the planning and coordination of luxury retreats, ensuring that everything runs smoothly, while providing excellent service to our high-end participants. 1) Online and onsite event coordination, including retreat planning, budget management, vendor relations, production and design oversight, on-site coordination, and team and client support throughout the retreat. Maintain professional communication with retreat participants, ensuring a top-tier experience that aligns with the brand's positioning.
3) Administrative work such as updating databases, researching new venues and vendors, supporting public relations and social media initiatives, managing sponsors, and assisting the team with other daily tasks.
1-2 years of experience in event coordination, customer service, or hospitality roles.
~ Fluent or bilingual in English (both spoken and written); Spanish is a plus.
~ Strong time-management skills in a remote work environment to ensure efficient results
~ Familiarity with basic office tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Canva etc).
A proactive attitude with a passion for event coordination and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
